Fishing management and fishery products traceability

On November 9th 2017, in MARE Outpost, in the Port Museum of Tricase, was held a meeting for small-scale fishing operators. The main topics were: the hygienical regulations regarding landing points and fishing tackles, the fish management and the products traceability.

The meeting was organized by the Local Maritime Office of Tricase and the Asl of Lecce.

At he event took part Magna Grecia Mare Association and the entire fishing community of Tricase and Novaglie, togheter with the representatives of the Local Maritime Office of Tricase and the ASL of Lecce.

The participants have received a copy of the manual “Landing points and good practices for landing the fish“.
