WEBINAR | Online seminar on the correct management of the fish product
The virtual quays of Webport hosted the Webinar titled “The correct management of the catch for the greater shell-life and quality of the product and consumer safety”.
The seminar was supported by Dr. Tony Forte, an expert in food safety, and brought together the communities of Albania, Algeria, Egypt, Italy, Lebanon, Morocco and Tunisia, in an exchange of experiences and knowledge that is always very constructive. From Tricase, were also present at the meeting, 4 Tunisian delegates, staying at the MARE Outpost for a training course on processing, pasteurization and HACCP standards in the transformation processes of the fish product.
Webinars are part of the NEMO Program activities, supported by the Italian Development Cooperation Agency and implemented by Ciheam – Bari, to support the development of Mediterranean coastal communities.
