An EU delegation to Algiers

As part of the implementation of the program of the General Commission for Fisheries in the Mediterranean, the visit of the EU delegation to the fishing port of Algiers was held on 12 September 2018.

A working session took place at the headquarters of the Directorate General for Fisheries and Aquaculture in Algiers.

The delegation then visited the debarkation area, the fish auction and other facilities related to this sector in the port of Algiers.

WEBPORT is the digital port of the Mediterranean. It is designed and edited by CIHEAM Bari. It started in 2014 with the support of the Italian Agency for Cooperation to Development.

The pages of Albania and Montenegro were created and implemented as part of the CO.CO.TOUR project funded by the INTERREG IPA CBC Italy - Albania - Montenegro program.
