With “ACQUOLINA” to discover the gastronomic tradition of Salento
The Port Museum of Tricase, together with “Cantiere del Gusto”’ experts and gastronomes, organized the gastronomic path called “Acquolina, appointment (o date) with taste“, an educational “journey” in the cuisine of the coastal populations of the Salento peninsula.
The Port Museum of Tricase and the Magna Grecia Mare Association, for years have been engaged in the rediscovery and enhancement of the tradition, including gastronomy, of the south-eastern coast communities of Salento.
The gastronomic path includes 12 events that allow you to discover all the aspects and elements of the traditional food: techniques and methods of preparation, typical products and dishes, religious and popular habits.
