Water management and good practices in agriculture

The United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, the Desert Research Center, the Animal Production Research Institute and the EU Program, have organized the seminar “Water Management and Good Practices in Agriculture”.

The project aims to improve the living conditions of residents and to increase the production and the sustainability in the dry agricultural areas of Matrouh Governorate through the collection and optimal management of rainwater and the promotion of good agricultural practices.
