Tunisia with NEMO and GE.MAI.SA projects

A new online seminar was held on December 5, 2018, in the digital port WEBPORT.

Born from the integration of the NEMO project with the GE.MAI.SA project, implemented in Tunisia with the aim of reinforcing the involvement of women in cooperation programs, food security and rural development, the Webinar has seen wives of the fishermen of Ajim, in the governorate of Médenine, involved to present two of the most typical dishes of the Tunisian gastronomic tradition.

Webinars are part of the WEBPORT activities, the virtual port, a meeting place for dialogue, comparison and sharing of experiences between the Mediterranean coastal communities created by the NEMO program.

NEMO is supported by the General Directorate for Development Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation and is activated by Ciheam – Bari.

WEBPORT is the digital port of the Mediterranean. It is designed and edited by CIHEAM Bari. It started in 2014 with the support of the Italian Agency for Cooperation to Development.

The pages of Albania and Montenegro were created and implemented as part of the CO.CO.TOUR project funded by the INTERREG IPA CBC Italy - Albania - Montenegro program.
