“Acquolina” returns in the port of Tricase
In the Port of Tricase, the gastronomic path called “Acquolina, rendezvous with taste“ is back.
Acquolina is a real journey of discovery of the most traditional cuisine of the Salento coast, organized by the experts and gastronomes of the “Cantiere del Gusto” in the Port Museum of Tricase.
This year, the gastronomic path is dedicated to the “places of taste”, unlike the previous one which had instead examined the aspects and elements of the different preparation techniques.
The course is divided into eight events on different themes to discover, each time around the table, a “place” that is traditionally linked to its own tastes and aromas, sometimes forgotten.
