Extraordinary assembly of the Matrouh fishermen cooperative

On 26th November 2017, the extraordinary assembly of the members of the Matrouth Fishermen Cooperative was held.

The purpose of the meeting was to present the ongoing activities of the NEMO Project, the distribution plan for outboard engines and their technical specifications.

The distribution plan, agreed during a meeting between the NEMO Project manager, the head of the GAFRD and the Fishermen Association of Marsa Matrouh, specifies: the selection criteria for the fishermen, the list of documentation necessary for the eligibility of the request, the payment methods and the obligations for the contracting fisherman.
