Grastonomic training course for local chef in Marsa Matrouh
As part of the training activities envisaged by the NEMO Project in Egypt, a course was organized, held by Chef Omar Marsafy, dedicated to the chefs of several Matrouh restaurants and hotels.
The training course, entitled “Gastronomy and local food valorization”, stimulated the operators of the sector to review the Matrouh gastronomic traditional dishes and to introduce new recipes for the enhancement of local fish.
At the end of the training, Dr. Mario Michelini, international project coordinator, and Dr. Ashraf El Sadek, the project’s national coordinator, delivered a certificate of participation to all the chefs who attended the course.
