South Outdoor Festival 2018

The second edition of the South Outdoor Festival took place from 27 to 29 April in the village of Vuno, in the Municipality of Himara.

The three-day event brings together a series of outdoor activities, both in the mountain area and on the coast and at sea, and has gathered around 3000 people from all over Europe in Vuno.

Hiking, climbing, jeep safari, canyoning, yoga, diving, kayaking and paragliding are a part of the activities offered to the thousands of visitors.
Compared to the previous edition, cultural tours through the streets, tunnels and ancient churches have been included in the program, as well as olive oil tasting sessions.

The southern part of Albania is well known and appreciated for the production of olive oil. The Festival provided an in-depth look at the processes and the traditional Mediterranean cuisine in which olive oil is often the protagonist
